Where we deliver
Ireland: Free standard shipping on the Dub O'Cub hoodie. Other shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Other EU countries: Our European Union market is currently being prepared and is not yet open for orders. UK and other international checkout is not currently available.
Made to order
Our clothing is printed after an order is placed. Production happens before the parcel is dispatched, and delivery depends on the product, destination and carrier. We cannot yet guarantee a specific delivery date. For an estimate before ordering, email dublinlegends@gmail.com. Once a parcel is dispatched, we will share shipping updates and tracking information where available.
14-day statutory cancellation right
Consumers shopping online in Ireland and other EU countries generally have 14 days after receiving eligible goods to tell us they wish to cancel without giving a reason. To do this, email dublinlegends@gmail.com with your order number. After notifying us, you have 14 further days to send the goods back.
A standard hoodie printed with our existing design is not automatically excluded from these rights merely because it is made after you order. Genuinely personalised or bespoke goods may qualify for a statutory exception, where that exception applies and is clearly stated before purchase.
Consumers can inspect and try on items as they would in a shop. They may be liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is needed to assess the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.
Additional 30-day returns
Alongside statutory rights, we accept return requests for non-personalised, unused and resalable items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number so we can provide the appropriate return destination and instructions. This additional return offer does not restrict any legal cancellation rights or rights regarding defective products.
Return shipping and refunds
For change-of-mind returns, you generally pay the direct cost of return postage unless we agree otherwise. Please request the correct return destination before posting anything. Do not return items to the print provider or an address shown on a package without confirmation.
For statutory cancellations, eligible payments are refunded using the original payment method (unless expressly agreed otherwise), including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option where relevant. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notification; for goods being returned, we may wait until the items arrive or you provide evidence of posting, whichever occurs first.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and, where possible, a photograph. We'll investigate and provide remedies required by applicable consumer law. The supplier's own policies do not limit your statutory rights against Legends of Dublin.
